DAMA Partners with Innovative Systems to Debut Industry Experts Webinar Series

Series will focus on hot topics and best practices to help data management professionals stay on top of their game

PITTSBURGH – November 7, 2017 – The Data Management Association International (DAMA) and Innovative Systems have partnered to develop and present a series of educational webinars to data management professionals worldwide. Featuring DAMA industry experts from a wide cross-section of industries, each webinar in the series will focus on a specific topic germane to the data management world.

Prior to joining Innovative, Carlos was a partner in KPMG Brazil’s advisory group, bringing the company’s risk, compliance, and fraud offerings to clients through local and international partner channels. Carlos also served in senior leadership roles at Oracle, ATTPS Informatica, Espirito Santo Investment Bank (BES), Banco Pine, and Senior Solutions, among others.

“I am very excited to represent FinScan, a global leader in AML compliance solutions,” said Tomiato. “FinScan’s offering of the highest quality data and matching technology is unique and is what enables customers to obtain the most accurate screening results in the industry. The value of this cannot be understated – especially when it comes to financial institutions where regulatory requirements and reputational risk are vitally important in fighting money laundering, terrorist financing, and other criminal activity. I look forward to bringing this exceptional product to the Brazilian financial community.”

“We are very pleased to have Carlos join the FinScan team,” said Ricardo Gonzalez, senior vice president, Latin America. “As part of our company’s strategic growth plan, we continue to invest in the Brazilian market, where we have had a presence since 1997. Carlos brings a proven record of market insights and sales success that will help us deliver FinScan’s leading technology and acclaimed customer service to the Brazilian AML compliance market.”
