The Importance of Clean Data in Insurance
FinScan, the AML compliance brand of Innovative Systems are hosting regular Breakfast Roundtable discussions for the Insurance sector to address common issues and challenges involving compliance and regulations. Martin Schofield will be leading the discussion and sharing valuable insight into his experience as a Director of Financial Crime and Compliance Practice for two of the most renowned firms in the UK.
At this month’s “Breakfast Roundtable” event, we will be discussing “The Importance of Clean Data in Insurance”. As we all know, the Insurance sector in comparison to any other sector out there, addresses the risk of data flow from various sources across multiple platforms and subsidiaries due to growth. This may lead to an increase of regulatory screening and audits, as the number of policies grow alongside the increase of subsidiaries.
In this talk, Martin Schofield will be addressing how to handle data and operational challenges for compliance for MASS – mergers, acquisitions, subsidiaries and structures.
At our last event, Martin introduced the topic "Sanctions and Insurers: What your bank expects of you". In our breakfast meetings the Chatham House Rule applies, to ensure a safe space and allow us to dive deeper into the conversation.
At the moment, due to the size of the venue and the sensitivity of the conversation, we have a limited amount of spaces. If this is of interest to you, register today for a place at our next event on 26th September 2019.
We will contact you closer to the date of the event to share the location of the venue and the exact date and time the meeting will take place. Therefore keep an eye out for more information at our latest LinkedIn updates or under events on our website.
Attend our next event and join the discussion.
