Customer data quality is often measured by how effectively it can be used. Direct marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) require accurate views of your customers in order to be able to communicate with them in a way that is meaningful. Incomplete, incorrect, or non-standard address information can generate inaccurate customer views, which may impair or disable these communications.

i/Lytics GLOBAL helps to build accurate customer views by matching customer addresses to the United States Postal Service® (USPS) database of standardized addresses and then formats your customer address information to USPS standards. This facilitates the proper delivery of mail via Delivery Point Validation (DPV), and enables highly accurate customer linking.

Organizations that must comply with the Community Redevelopment Act (CRA) and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) can also benefit from the GeoCoding feature of i/Lytics GLOBAL™, which allows them to segment their customer base geographically, and, optionally, to assign to all addresses latitude, longitude, and census keys.

i/Lytics GLOBAL also provides Locatable Address Conversion System (LACSLink™) functionality, which enables rural-style addresses to
be changed to city-style addresses for improved data linking.
