Professional Services & Training

Innovative Systems’ Professional Services division provides customized data management services for customers who license our software, as well as for customers opting to outsource their data management processing.

Our Professional Services are designed to enhance the usability and value of our solutions and to assist organizations in accurately determining the true quality of their data. These services include: customized implementation of licensed solutions; hosted software solutions; ad-hoc data processing; data quality assessment and optimization; compliance list management and maintenance; and specialized training for both business and technical users.

ISI has provided these services for more than 40 years to clients who include some of the world’s largest institutions. Our Professional Services organization includes a staff of dedicated, highly skilled subject matter experts with an average industry experience of over 10 years.

Project Planning

Each Professional Services engagement begins with a Project Plan, which includes the high-level definition of requirements necessary to implement all or a portion of the i/Lytics® solution for a customer. ISI’s experienced consultants meet with the customer to understand the specific and potentially unique requirements of the customer, with the end-result being a statement of work and comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the solution components. The project plan will include the scope, detailed tasks, resource requirements, schedule, assumptions, and cost for the customer’s specific software implementation.

Data Quality Assessment

ISI’s Data Quality Assessment is a valuable diagnostic tool for managers who are evaluating, planning, building, consolidating or using a data warehouse, data mart, or central information file in concert with targeted customer relationship management (CRM) activities. The assessment can be focused on one or more MDM systems, customer databases or warehouses, a customer segment, or a specific line of business.

The Data Quality Assessment identifies the true content and structure of all data elements, and details anomalies specific to quality, duplication rates, and referential integrity. It also identifies areas where data may be enhanced or improved, and compares the client’s data quality to industry benchmarks. As part of the final report, ISI works with the customer’s subject matter experts to quantify the impact of defined data quality issues in terms of costs, customer service, lost revenue, etc.

For organizations that already have an in-house or licensed data quality system in place, ISI’s Data Quality Assessment can provide an objective, third-party audit of the system’s performance.

Software Implementation

This service provides for the customized implementation of ISI’s solutions or components. The consultant team begins by identifying and understanding the customer’s objectives, and then works closely with the users to design the most efficient and effective process to meet or exceed those objectives.

The implementation design and execution include requirements definition; specifications development; software installation; process flow development; batch and online integration of the application program interfaces; and integration, volume, and user acceptance testing.

Dedicated Client Consultant Program

ISI can provide a Dedicated Client Consultant to your organization. Your consultant would provide 12 months of services on an as-needed basis. This personalized assistance is intended to reduce reliance on your internal personnel, ensure the successful use of ISI products, make it easier to troubleshoot issues, and prevent development delays.

Data Quality Optimization

The purpose of the Innovative Data Quality Optimization Service is to evaluate the performance of your currently installed ISI technology and to identify any opportunity areas that may exist to enhance or improve that process. Using established diagnostic techniques and an experienced analyst, it identifies, quantifies and illustrates data quality improvement opportunities that may have arisen since the implementation of the original ISI software in several common areas and provides value to your organization by:

• Reviewing overall process flow and component performance
• Identifying possible knowledgebase enhancements
• Reviewing and evaluating matching results
• Recommending changes to parameter settings and tables based on current results

The Innovative Data Quality Optimization Service is a diagnostic tool for managers who are currently utilizing ISI software that has been in production for over a year without reevaluating results, or any length of time if new sources have been added to the system feeding the existing ISI technology. It can be focused on one or more MDM systems, customer databases or warehouses, a customer segment, or on a specific line of business.

ISI’s Data Quality Optimization Service is a valuable tool for obtaining an expert assessment of the processes in place where ISI technology has been implemented.
