However, if customer linking revealed that the customer was also a beneficiary on an investment account with a balance of $1.5 million, you may elect to assign them to a personal banker. Clearly, the true value of this customer’s extended relationship with your institution – including their possible influence on the disposition of the investment account – is potentially much greater than their own deposit accounts would suggest.
