i/Lytics® Individual Link Review Workbench™

i/Lytics Individual Link Review Workbench is used in conjunction with i/Lytics Individual Link. Typically 50% to 80% of potential duplicates identified by Individual Link can be merged with no manual review by using user-defined ranking criteria. The remaining suspect duplicates must be manually reviewed to ensure the quality of your customer information. Individual Link Review automates the process of evaluating and coding the potential duplicates, increasing reviewer productivity by 400% to 800% over other systems.

Individual Link Review automatically displays the name and address data for the records in question, making it easy for the reviewer to compare fields. Additional information can also be displayed, such as telephone number and data of birth. When two or more duplicates are identified, i/Lytics’ Intelligent Combine capability can select the best information from the fragmented records and consolidate them into one composite record. The system also enhances management control of the review function by automatically tracking the amount of time spent on review and research.
