Ronald F. Friedman Joins Innovative Systems’ Board of Directors

PITTSBURGH, PA – March 18, 2010 – Innovative Systems, Inc. (ISI), a leading provider of data quality, customer data integration, business intelligence support and regulatory compliance solutions worldwide, today announced the appointment of Ronald F. Friedman, founder and President of Customized Selling Solutions International, LLC (CSSI), to its Board of Directors.

Colonna, ISI president, CEO and chairman of the board. “We are confident that his insight and proven business acumen will be instrumental in helping to shape ISI’s future.”

Through CSSI, Mr. Friedman provides personalized sales and management training that is tailored to the specific needs of each client company.

Prior to forming CSSI, Mr. Friedman was President, Chief Operating Officer of Group 1 Software. During his 17-year tenure with Group 1, Mr. Friedman oversaw the firm’s initial public offering (NASDAQ – GSOF), negotiated and implemented key acquisitions, directed the company’s international expansion, and grew annual revenues to over $100 million. Under his leadership, Group 1 became one of the top 100 software companies in the world, earning numerous industry and financial sector awards and employing over 500 associates worldwide. In 2003, it was sold to Pitney Bowes for more than $450 million.

Before joining Group 1, Mr. Friedman held a partnership position at Fineman & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in internal cost management programs, as well as sales and marketing strategies.
