Innovative’s proven data integration and cleansing services provided TrueCommerce with an accurate, integrated and enhanced contact database to help the company meet a critical marketing promotion deadline. |

| “Just two weeks before our deadline, our original vendor – one of the top in the field – backed out of the project, saying that there were too many varying formats for their solution to handle. | Prior to the integration project, the company’s marketing data were being stored in numerous application sources, each with differing formats. In addition to its desire to move this data to a single database, the marketing team wanted the data to be cleansed, de-duplicated, and appended with missing contact information, such as corporate titles and phone numbers, in order to improve the efficacy of their marketing communications. After several months of working with an alternate provider without success, TrueCommerce contacted Innovative. |

| TrueCommerce has begun to use their newly cleansed and integrated data in a variety of marketing campaigns that span direct mail, email and telemarketing. In addition to the improved ability to segment its marketing audiences for targeted communications, TrueCommerce also expects to reap financial rewards from the project in the form of reduced production and postal costs for direct mail due to the elimination of duplicate customer records. |
