Association’s New Web Site |

| Pittsburgh, PA - January 19, 2005 - Innovative Systems, Inc., a global provider of customer data integration and regulatory compliance solutions, today announced that its consulting and services group has successfully completed a data quality and integration project with the Association of Regulatory Boards of Optometry (ARBO). Innovative’s data quality and conversion services provided a business and technology solution that enabled ARBO to complete its Web site project on time and on budget. |

ARBO is a federation of state, provincial and territorial boards of optometry throughout North America. The organization will soon launch a redesigned Web site that includes new optometrist-centered search and tracking capabilities. In order to ensure that these new features and capabilities produce reliable and useful results, ARBO determined that it was necessary to address the state of its non-standardized and duplicate data by undertaking a clean-up and consolidation effort.
As a small organization with limited personnel resources and budget, ARBO chose to leverage Innovative’s data quality consulting and conversion services to accomplish this critical task in a time- and cost-effective way. |

| The project used Innovative’s data quality and integration software to standardize and format ARBO’s various databases, so that member records could be matched together and integrated into a single, super-data set of unique, complete records. In the span of three weeks, ARBO achieved the intelligent customer data integration required for the new Web site. Going forward, ARBO will continue to collect new and changed optometrist information and provide updates to Innovative on a regular basis for offsite change management, cleansing and matching. Doing so will ensure the integrity of the ARBO database without requiring the implementation and management of data quality software. |
