Innovative Systems Names Chuck Chrissis Senior Vice President, Sales

Pittsburgh, PA - December 15, 2004 - Innovative Systems, Inc., a global provider of customer data integration and regulatory compliance solutions, today announced the hiring of Chuck Chrissis as Senior Vice President, Sales

Chrissis brings to Innovative more than 15 years of business-to-business sales and management experience with companies such as Texas Instruments, Rational Software Corporation and Wind River Systems. Most recently, Chrissis served as a Director of Business Development for the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, where he was responsible for developing strategic relationships for collaborations and service offerings to commercial businesses and government agencies.

Chrissis will leverage his previous sales and business development experience to increase Innovative’s strong market presence in North America, Latin America, and the Pacific Rim.

A Pittsburgh native, Chrissis received a dual BS in Administration and Management Science and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
