A comprehensive address data management solution, i/Lytics GLOBAL substantially reduces mail-related expenses and enhances customer relationship management by ensuring that communications are delivered correctly and on time. |

| The USPS reports that up to 25 percent of all addresses processed contain errors that result in misdirected and undeliverable mail, contributing to increased production and postal expenses. Complex data quality issues that cannot be resolved by most address validation routines exacerbate the problems of address validation. |

| i/Lytics GLOBAL overcomes these hurdles by combining Innovative’s sophisticated cleansing and matching capabilities with powerful address data management certifications and features. In addition to its traditional United States Postal Service (USPS) Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification, the upgraded solution includes Delivery Point Validation (DPV) and provides enhanced address validation for the countries of Canada and Mexico. i/Lytics GLOBAL now supports Web services, and it is available across open systems and mainframe platforms. |

| Unique to i/Lytics GLOBAL is its powerful data management engine that provides organizations with important tools for improving the impact of their customer communications, without having to license additional and costly software applications. This engine easily facilitates important business-level formatting rules for mail communications, such as enabling mixed case fonts and allowing organizations to retain a higher percentage of neighborhood affiliations in the address city line, commonly referred to as a ‘vanity’ address. |

| i/Lytics GLOBAL can be used in conjunction with the i/Lytics data quality suite, or it can be used as a stand-alone solution with its embedded data cleansing, linking and data management capabilities. It accurately identifies free-format input line types, and parses and standardizes address elements. It corrects misspellings and omissions, and can append additional fields, such as ZIP+4, Carrier Route, Delivery Point Code (DPC), geocoding latitude and longitude points, Urbanization, Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), Minor Civil Division (MCD), as well as the Census Tract number and group block. It is available on HP-UX, Sun Solaris, AIX, Linux, Z/OS mainframe and Microsoft Windows Servers. |

| Innovative’s new support for Web services allows customers to access i/Lytics GLOBAL through Web-based connectivity, as well as integrate its capabilities into any enterprise applications that support Web services. Additionally, the Web-based architecture enables Innovative to begin offering its address data management solution in a hosted environment. |
