| Pittsburgh, PA - December 11, 2003 - Innovative Systems, Inc., a global provider of customer data integration solutions, has named Charles E. Leonard to its Board of Directors. Mr. Leonard is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of the Board of Solucient, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions for the health care industry. Mr. Leonard will play an important role in guiding Innovative's growth strategies. |
