Innovative's i/Lytics™ Software Implemented by SunTrust

Pittsburgh, PA - March 17, 2003 - Innovative Systems, Inc., a global provider of customer data integration solutions, announced today that its i/Lytics™ data linking software is now in operation at SunTrust Banks, Inc. SunTrust is using the mainframe version of i/Lytics to household its customers.

i/Lytics is a powerful, fully integrated data quality solution for enterprise customer data management. It offers a complete range of data quality, data linking, and change management capabilities, which it can perform in both real-time and batch processing environments.
