| The publication's annual product usage and company rating survey, conducted via the Web, asked DM Review readers to rate the products their organizations used for business intelligence, data warehousing, analytic applications and customer relationship management. Respondents also provided an overall rating of the companies based on expertise, service and support. The DM Review 100 companies were identified through a statistical analysis of the readers' responses. |
