In real-time process mode, the i/Lytics change management capability executes data cleansing and linking before the data is entered in Siebel eBusiness Applications, diminishing the introduction of faulty data. In batch process mode, the i/Lytics change management capability automates periodic updates of existing data. This reduces the inefficiency and expense of bulk batch processing or manual data entry. As the i/Lytics change management capability operates in either mode, data never leaves Siebel eBusiness Applications, eliminating the need to export and import data for processing. |
