Reduce risk by identifying individuals and organizations with a higher default potential
Credit worthiness is essentially a function of income sources and financial commitments. Good credit management requires your institution’s ability to recognize early if an individual’s level of risk is increasing and being prepared to take prompt action to mitigate default risk.
Using ISI’s customer connection technology, risk managers can identify customers who have the same source of income or share financial commitments, such as limited partnerships. A default by one customer may be used as an early “warning” of the risk potential for financially connected customers, prompting heightened attention or other precautionary action.
With ISI’s Synchronos™ PurposeView™ capability, you can define the types of customers and customer connections that meet your business and risk management needs based on the particular function or purpose for which the data is being used.
