Develop visual concentrations of your customers using rooftop latitude/longitude data for GIS applications


Applications such as CRA compliance, property/casualty risk exposure, delivery route planning, and branch service areas analysis require the ability to represent your customers on maps. Through our partnership with Navteq, rooftop-precise latitude and longitude coordinates are appended to every address. Your institution can then visualize your customers’ geographic locations. These coordinates provide the basis for calculating the distance between locations and permit the appending of a wide range of other geographic and location-related data, including Census Tract, Block Group, Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CMSA), Primary Metropolitan Statistical Area (PMSA), Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), Urbanization codes, geo-demographic codes and Place, County and State FIPS codes.

This location-related data can be used to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of such initiatives as promotional mailings to neighborhoods with consistent demographics, merger and acquisition divestiture, new site location, concentrations of product purchases overlaid on the geography where promotions ran, CRA compliance, and over-exposure in areas subject to disasters such as floods, tornadoes and hurricanes.
