He is the former president and CEO of the Private Sector Council, a public service organization of senior executives of the nation's largest corporations, which assists the federal government to improve technology and financial management. He previously was vice chairman and a member of the Management Committee of Ernst & Young, with direct responsibility for more than 3,000 professionals in 15 states. He is a member of the Bar, and a certified public accountant. |

| Robert J. Colonna is the president and founder of Innovative. He was instrumental in the design of Innovative's matching software and Marketing Information System (MkIS). He received degrees in Mathematics (B.A.) and Engineering Mechanics (B.S.) from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in Statistics/Operations Research and Management Science. |

From 2001 – 2004, Mr. Leonard served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Solucient LLC, a leading healthcare information services company. He previously was president of VNU Marketing Information Services Group. He also serves on the board of directors of Solucient, Allrecipes.com and Omnicomm and has served on the National Science Foundation Advisory Board.
