Robert J. Colonna is the president and founder of Innovative. He was instrumental in the design of Innovative's matching software and Marketing Information System (MkIS). He received degrees in Mathematics (B.A.) and Engineering Mechanics (B.S.) from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in Statistics/Operations Research and Management Science.

From 2001 – 2004, Mr. Leonard served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Solucient LLC, a leading healthcare information services company. He previously was president of VNU Marketing Information Services Group. He also serves on the board of directors of Solucient, Allrecipes.com and Omnicomm and has served on the National Science Foundation Advisory Board. Mr. Leonard holds BS and BA degrees from MIT and Middlebury College and an MBA from Wharton.

Previously, Mr. Zomnir was a founding partner of Pittsburgh law firm Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir and its President from 1986-1991. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and his Law Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of Law Review.
